Windows does not provide any tools that can help you recover deleted files that are not in the Recycle Bin. You will need to buy third party undelete software. It's also advisable to have a second hard disk, such as a removable drive, if you don't already have more than one drive in your computer. This second drive will allow you to install the recovery software, and save the files that you recover, without overwriting space on your main hard drive that contains other deleted data.
